About Our Work

At EIHQ, we don’t believe in band-aid fixes or buzzword programs. We work with leaders, organizations, and communities to address complexity head-on by using emotional intelligence as both a lens and a tool for decision-making, safety, and resilience.

Our services bridge research and practice, providing actionable strategies that help people and organizations anticipate risks, strengthen systems, and create healthier, more sustainable cultures and outcomes.

What we offer:

  • Leadership & Management Advisory – Support for executives and teams in navigating complexity, building alignment, and making decisions with confidence.

  • Systems Assessments – Deep analysis of organizational structures, policies, and culture, with a focus on psychological safety and business continuity.

  • Feasibility Studies & Research – Rigorous, evidence-based studies that inform strategy, investment, and organizational design.

  • Risk & Safety Integration – Practical tools for addressing psychosocial risks and embedding emotional intelligence into risk management frameworks.

Our work is grounded in psychological safety, business management, and proactive risk prevention. We help you not only respond to challenges but also foresee and prevent them — turning complexity into clarity, and strategy into sustainable action.

Who We Work With

Our clients are leaders and organizations who know that technical expertise alone isn’t enough. They’re navigating complexity, managing risk, and making decisions that affect people as much as profits.

We work with:

  • Executives and Boards who need clarity and strategy for sustainable decision-making.

  • Public Sector and Policy Leaders balancing social impact, governance, and stakeholder trust.

  • Businesses and Teams looking to strengthen systems, culture, and psychological safety.

  • Researchers and Innovators who want evidence-based approaches that connect ideas with real-world outcomes.

If your work touches people, culture, or systems — and you want strategies that reduce risk while building clarity and trust — we can help.

ABOUT

Our Founder

Dr. Denaige McDonnell has spent 30 years moving between the field and the boardroom—from hands-on industry roles to executive planning tables. As an internationally accredited health and safety professional (CRSP, CSP, MIIRSM, CMIOSH), she has long taken seriously the role of organizations in shaping mental health and safety. She later pursued her PhD, studying and publishing on workplace mental health, risk, and resilience.

EIHQ is her way of making this knowledge practical. Instead of adding more overwhelm, she translates science into tools people can actually use by blending academic rigor, lived experience, and creativity to make learning human, accessible, effective, and fun.
