EIHQ FOUNDER

DENAIGE MCDONNELL, PhD

Denaige McDonnell has spent over 25 years working inside and alongside complex systems across industry, government, public health, research, higher education, and organizational leadership.

Her early career as an auditor and investigator trained her to identify systemic patterns quickly: redundancies, gaps, overloaded processes, and the organizational drift that pulls capable people away from meaningful decision-making and into unnecessary process management.

She holds a PhD in Management specializing in human systems, governance, and psychosocial risk, and has worked internationally with owner-operated businesses, public-sector organizations, research institutions, and large enterprises.
